Batheja & Associates is an Omaha-based architectural and engineering firm founded in 1979.  As a privately held minority firm that started with two engineers, today has grown to include a dedicated staff of architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, surveyors, and project inspectors.  This group has a wealth of construction experience throughout the Midwest and many sections of the United States.  This broad base of experience has given us a solid base on which to grow in providing a high level of professional services to our new and existing clients.

The scope of the firm's services can be summarized as including all areas of new construction, building renovation and restoration, remodeling, programming, site development, all forms of structural engineering and analysis, surveying, as well as construction management services.

The principals take an active part in the development of each project to insure a complete and accurate set of Construction Documents are prepared within the project budget, and within the established project schedule.  Each project is tailored to the needs of the client, whether the project type is to be a separate contractor bid or design/build by a pre-selected contractor.  Our goal… to produce a quality project at the lowest possible cost and within the client's schedule.  Our staff is dedicated to each project, and this dedication leads to quality results.
