Our Architectural Department has developed designs for new construction, renovation projects, and maintenance projects. Our list of satisfied clients includes government agencies, such as the U.S. Postal Service, General Services Administration, Omaha/Douglas Public Building Commission, the Omaha Housing Authority, Omaha Public Schools, and many private industry clients. We have held numerous open-end contracts for miscellaneous design services. These contracts have included new facilities, building additions, interior renovations, handicapped accessibility improvements, and exterior facade and roof repair. Our department head/project manager has been with Batheja & Associates since 1984.
